We strive to ensure all your emails are delivered all the time right
to the intended mailboxes. Please let us know
if we can improve.
Every single email is double-optin
Our signup process involves a rigorous degree of involvement, creating
a friendly email community that shares the same marketing interests. Every
person must accept to receive emails before being accepted as a member.
Every message contains member identifying details and removal instructions.
Every page on our web site also contains the removal link in case they'd
like to stop receiving further messages.
We pay for every email you read
If the sender so chooses, they include an insurance
question that contains the relevant information regarding their offer.
We pay for opening the insurance link and for answering the insurance
question. This ensures your emails are not just deleted, but deliver RESULTS.
We constantly monitor our email bounces
Any email bounces are constantly analyzed to ensure we are not blacklisted
by ISPs, hence get maximum deliverability. We have an automated system
that sends an alert to us in the event that the bouncing message has certain
alarming keywords.
We do not send "bulk" email
A lot of ISPs block emails sent as "bulk" (more like shooting
in the dark). Instead, we send each email individually; we connect to
the remote mail server and send one msg, e.g. to send a message to yourname@yourdomain.com
we connect to the mail exchange (MX) servers for yourdomain.com. We check
for all the mail exchange servers for the domain until there is successful
connection, then send the message. We do not send a message until there's
a successful connection.
All
messages are compliant with the federal
Can Spam Act of 2003
We provide all the required information to ensure all your messages are
in full compliance.
All our IPs have reverse DNS lookup
Most ISPs do not accept email from IPs / domains without reverse
DNS lookup. This simply identifies the sender as legitimate but not
hiding behind some stealth machine.
Here are our name
and email servers. Please feel free to test them.
